Overview
Ask AI is a conversational assistant that knows your whole operation — reservations, listings, messages, tasks, cleanings, owners, finances, reviews, and AI memories. Ask a question in plain language, like which guests check in today or how a property performed last month, and it fetches the answer instead of making you click through pages.
Ask AI is a conversational interface that knows your whole operation — reservations, listings, messages, tasks, cleanings, owners, finances, reviews, and your AI memories. Ask it questions in natural language and it'll fetch the answer for you instead of making you click through pages.
Examples of what to ask:
- "What's my occupancy this month vs. last month?"
- "Which guest is checking in tomorrow at the beach house?"
- "Show me all the maintenance tasks waiting on a vendor."
- "Which listing has the lowest review score this quarter?"
- "Did Maria reply about the late checkout?"
What it can reach
Ask AI draws on a broad catalog of your data and tools:
- Reservations & listings — bookings, availability, listing details and tags
- Tasks & cleanings — maintenance tasks, cleaning schedules, checklists, and comments
- Owners & finances — owner records and statements, expenses, payments
- Analytics & reviews — occupancy, revenue and portfolio stats, response-time metrics, review scores, and review responses
- Autopilot & workflows — autopilot status and performance, your AI Workflows and their runs
- Smart devices — lock status, access codes, and thermostat controls
- Guidebooks & upsells — guidebook content and links, upsell offers and settings
- Connected apps & the web — Gmail and Google Drive (when connected), plus web search for outside information
How to use it
Tap Ask AI from the bottom tab on iOS / Android, or from the left sidebar on the web. Type a question and press send. Ask AI can:
- Search across your data and pull specific facts ("Wi-Fi password for unit 4B")
- Summarize across many records ("how many guests have asked about parking this month?")
- Take action through its tools when you ask it to
- Save the answer as a new memory if you tell it to
Chat sessions
Each conversation is saved as a session you can return to. Use folders to group related sessions (e.g., a folder per property, or one for "monthly review"). Sessions and folders are private to you — teammates don't see them.
Best practices
- Be specific. "Show check-ins this weekend" beats "what's coming up?"
- Follow up. Ask AI keeps context within a session — refining your question is faster than starting over.
- Mark useful answers as memories. Tell Ask AI to "remember this" and it saves the fact for next time.
