Why we built ProhostAI
We built ProhostAI because of our own pain managing a growing portfolio of vacation rental properties. As we scaled our portfolio to $15M under management across different markets and property types, managing guest communications, property maintenance and daily turnovers grew overwhelming.
We maintained a 4.99+ rating across thousands of guest stays by being obsessed with hospitality and by patching together many different tools out there, at times paying for 10+ software subscriptions and writing custom scripts to automate our processes.
With our tech backgrounds, and growing capabilities of AI, we knew how much easier everything could be with the right software. We searched for a solution for years and finally decided to build a solution of our own.
