Overview
Auto-Reviews is the review-equivalent of Autopilot for messaging. AI drafts a reply in your voice using your memory and listing context. You can review-and-send manually, or let it auto-publish for high-confidence replies.
How it works
- Review arrives — synced from Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.
- AI evaluates — sentiment, content, listing context, your past reply patterns
- Draft generated — using your tone (formal, casual, branded)
- Auto-send or queue — based on your confidence threshold and rules
Setting up
Open Reviews → Settings. Configure:
- Auto-send threshold — only auto-publish replies above this confidence
- Rating filter — only auto-reply to 4-5 star reviews; queue 1-3 stars for manual
- Listing scope — enable per listing or globally
Reviewing the queue
Replies that don't auto-send land in a review queue. Approve, edit, or skip — like the Autopilot escalation flow.
Best practices
- Start manual. For the first 20-30 reviews, leave Auto-Reviews on draft mode. Edit each draft so AI learns your voice.
- Always queue 1-2 star reviews. Negative reviews need a human eye no matter how confident the AI is.
- Loop in AI Memory. When you change your reply philosophy ("we no longer offer refunds in replies"), update AI memory to reflect it.
