Overview
Open Settings → Voice to configure how calls reach you and your team.
Phone number
Provision a number in any supported region. You can have one per account or one per listing for white-labeled customer experiences. The number is used for both inbound calls and outbound dialing from the apps.
Business hours
Set the hours your team takes calls. Outside those hours, calls go to voicemail with an AI-transcribed message attached to the conversation.
Call routing
Decide who rings when a call comes in:
- All teammates — ring every available teammate at once
- Round-robin — distribute calls evenly
- By listing — route calls about a specific listing to the assigned host
- Department — ring everyone in a department (e.g., "Maintenance" only)
Recording consent
Many jurisdictions require informing the caller that the call is being recorded. ProhostAI plays a configurable greeting before the call connects — set the wording per region.
