Overview
ProhostAI tracks the cost of each cleaning so you can see what each turnover actually costs you and reconcile cleaner payouts at the end of the month.
Setting cleaning costs
Open Cleanings → Costs. You can set:
- Default cost per cleaning — applies to every cleaning at a property unless overridden
- Per-cleaner rate — overrides the default when a specific cleaner is assigned
- Same-day turnover bonus — extra rate for tight back-to-back turnovers
- Supply costs — added on top when supplies are restocked
Where costs appear
- Cleaning detail — line-item breakdown on each cleaning
- Earnings & Expenses — cleaning costs roll into property-level expenses
- Cleaner payouts — per-cleaner monthly totals you can export
