Overview
Track what's stocked at each property — toilet paper, soap, coffee, linens — so cleaners know what to bring and you know what to reorder.
Setting up supplies
Open Cleanings → Supplies. Define supplies at the account level (e.g., "16-pack toilet paper") and then set the desired par level for each property.
When a cleaner reports a supply as low or missing during a cleaning, ProhostAI flags the property as needing restock.
Cleaner workflow
During a cleaning, the cleaner sees the supplies list for that property and can mark items as:
- Stocked — counted, at par level
- Low — below par, needs restock soon
- Missing — out of stock, needs immediate restock
Reordering
Low and missing items roll up into a single "needs restocking" view across all properties, so you can do one supply run instead of one per property.
