Overview

Open Settings → Connections to wire up the services ProhostAI talks to. Most use OAuth, so connecting is a single click + permission grant.

What you can connect

Communications

• Gmail — send and receive guest email from your inbox
• WhatsApp — sync inbound and outbound WhatsApp messages
• Instagram & Messenger — Meta DMs in the unified inbox
• SMS — through your ProhostAI Voice number
• Slack — receive notifications, run a property-assistant bot, and @mention your team

Financial

• Stripe — accept payments for direct bookings and upsells

Smart devices

• Seam — connect smart locks, thermostats, noise sensors

Productivity

• Google Drive — index documents into AI Memory
• Intercom — sync your customer-support tool

Developer

• GitHub — link incidents and issues
• Sentry — surface errors in workflows

Disconnecting

Each connection can be revoked at any time. Revocation immediately stops new data syncs; historical data already in ProhostAI stays.
