Overview
ProhostAI tracks the cost of each cleaning so you can see what each turnover actually costs you and reconcile cleaner payouts at the end of the month.
Setting cleaning costs
Open your cleaning settings for a listing and choose a pricing mode:
- Fixed — a flat default cost per cleaning
- Hourly — a default hourly rate, billed against the cleaner's logged time
- Per cleaner — each assigned cleaner has their own rate
Then set the matching rates:
- Default cost per cleaning — the flat rate used in fixed mode
- Default hourly rate — the hourly rate used in hourly mode
- Per-cleaner rate — in per-cleaner mode, each assignee gets a rate and a rate type (flat or hourly), which overrides the listing default when that cleaner is assigned
Rates carry a currency, so you can run properties in different currencies.
Where costs appear
- Cleaning detail — each cleaning records its cost, based on the listing's pricing mode and the assigned cleaner's rate
- Expenses — optionally create an expense automatically when a cleaning is marked complete, so cleaning costs flow into your property bookkeeping
