Overview

Every review your guests leave — on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or anywhere else ProhostAI is connected — flows into the Reviews page. Filter by listing, by rating, by sentiment. Respond directly from ProhostAI and the response is published back to the source platform.

Filtering and sorting

Open Reviews from the side menu. Useful filters:

  • By rating — pull up all 1-3 star reviews to triage
  • By listing — see review trends for one property
  • By sentiment — AI-classified positive/neutral/negative
  • By time period — last 30 days, last quarter, all time

Responding

Click a review to draft a response. ProhostAI suggests a reply using your AI memory and tone, which you can edit before sending. The reply syncs to the source platform automatically.

Review-driven tasks

If a review mentions a maintenance issue, ProhostAI can auto-create a task in the right category — see Auto-Reviews and AI-Generated Tasks.
