Overview
Track what's stocked at each property — toilet paper, soap, coffee, linens — so cleaners know what to bring and you know what to reorder.
Setting up supplies
Open Cleanings → Supplies. Define supplies at the account level (e.g., "16-pack toilet paper") and then track them per property. Each supply is either a quantity type (you record a count) or a volume type (you record how full the container is).
Cleaner workflow
During a cleaning, the cleaner sees the supplies list for that property and updates each item. Volume-type supplies are reported on a five-level scale:
- Full
- High
- Half
- Low
- Empty
Quantity-type supplies are reported as a count.
Reordering
ProhostAI rolls up restock needs across all properties so you can do one supply run instead of one per property. A property counts as needing restock for a supply when the supply is missing from that property, when a quantity-type supply hits zero, or when a volume-type supply reads empty. The supplies matrix shows, for each supply, how many properties currently need a restock.
