Reunion Vacation Homes Inc dba Florida Vacation Homes is an established property management company currently managing around 250 luxury vacation rental properties in the Davenport, Kissimmee & Reunion area. We feel we’re unique as our focus is direct bookings from our own sales & marketing efforts. We manage individual short term vacation rental accommodation, these properties are transient public lodging. We do not offer property management services for long term residential properties. Managing a vacation rental is a lot of work, there are many variables that often result in operational challenge’s on a daily basis. Homeowners trying to self manage may not be able to deliver the guest experience they hope to. Homeowners also have to factor in how valuable their time is.
