Overview
If you're a property manager, ProhostAI generates monthly owner statements automatically. Each statement breaks down revenue, expenses, and your management fee for the listings that owner has at your company.
Connecting owners to listings
Open Owners in the side menu. Add an owner profile (name, contact, payout details), then assign one or more listings to them. A listing can have multiple owners with split percentages.
What's on a statement
- Reservations — every booking in the period, with revenue per listing
- Expenses — pass-through costs deducted
- Management fee — your fee, configurable as flat or percentage
- Net to owner — bottom line that gets paid out
Generating and sending
Statements generate at month-end automatically. You can review, adjust, and email them with one click. PDF export is supported.
Owner portal access
Owners can be invited to log into ProhostAI to see their statements directly — read-only access scoped to their own listings.
Paying owners directly (per-owner payouts)
Statements tell each owner what they're owed; per-owner payouts can also move the money there automatically. With per-owner payouts enabled, each listing's direct-booking revenue is routed straight to that owner's own connected Stripe account at the time of the booking, instead of landing in a single consolidated account you then settle from. Each owner completes Stripe onboarding once; if an owner hasn't finished onboarding, that listing's revenue falls back to the account-level Stripe account. The default is consolidated payouts — switch to per-owner when you want owners paid directly. See Direct Booking Site for how booking payments are processed.
