To connect Hospitable to ProhostAI, go to Listings → Add listings → Add connection → Hospitable in ProhostAI and authorize the connection — no password sharing required. Your listings and message history import automatically, and the AI starts building memory about your properties. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
ProhostAI connects to Hospitable without sharing your password. Depending on your account, the connect step works one of two ways.
In ProhostAI, go to Listings => Add listings => Add connection => Hospitable.
API token (default). ProhostAI asks for a Hospitable API token. In Hospitable, open Apps & Integrations → API access (sometimes under Settings), create a Personal Access Token, and paste it into ProhostAI. ProhostAI uses the token to sync your listings and messages.
One-click authorization (some accounts). If your account has the OAuth flow enabled, a Hospitable window pops up instead — sign in if prompted, then click "Authorize ProhostAI" to grant access; no token to copy.
Either way, finish by adding the connection and clicking "Add listings".
Your listings will be imported. Depending on your listing count, it might take several minutes to finish.
You are all set! You will start seeing AI memories populated in your account as the AI reads your past messages and learns about your listings and hosting rules.
