Overview
A tag is a label you attach to one or more listings. Tags are how ProhostAI knows two properties belong together, which unlocks shared memory, shared rules, and shared permissions.
Tag types
- Building — units in the same building share a tag
- Neighborhood / City / Area — geographic grouping
- Property type — apartment, house, cabin
- Amenity — "with pool," "ground-floor"
- Feature — "Smart locks", "EV charger"
- Custom — anything else
What tags drive
- AI memory scope — a memory tagged "Beach houses" applies to every listing tagged "Beach houses"
- Auto-assignment — route tasks for the "Downtown" tag to the downtown handyman
- Permissions — give a teammate access to all listings with the "South Bay" tag, including any new ones added later
- Filters — quickly narrow tasks, cleanings, reservations, or analytics by tag
Adding a tag
Open a listing and click + Add tag. Existing tags appear in autocomplete; new tags are created on the fly. To bulk-tag, go to Listings, multi-select, and apply a tag to all of them.
