The Earnings page is your top-line view of revenue across all listings, all channels. Filter by date range, listing, or channel to see exactly where money's coming from.
What you can see
- Gross revenue — total bookings before deductions
- Net payout — what actually hits your bank, by channel, after the ProhostAI platform fee and Stripe's processing fees are netted out
- Occupancy — nights booked vs. available, per listing
- ADR — average daily rate
- RevPAN — revenue per available night
- Channel breakdown — Airbnb vs. direct vs. other
Per-listing detail
Click any listing to drill into it. You can compare year-over-year, see month-by-month trends, and identify low performers.
Forecasting
Future bookings show as projected revenue so you can see what's locked in vs. what's still available to fill.
How and when you get paid
Direct-booking payments settle through your connected Stripe account, so payout timing follows Stripe's schedule for your account (managed from your own Stripe dashboard, not inside ProhostAI). Each payout is the booking total — including any taxes you collected at checkout — minus the ProhostAI platform fee and Stripe's processing fees. Collected taxes land in your payout, and you're responsible for remitting them to the relevant authorities yourself. See Connections for how to connect Stripe.
Exporting
Export any view as CSV for accounting and tax prep. Tax-ready exports include collected occupancy and sales taxes line-by-line.
