Overview
ProhostAI sends notifications across email, mobile push, and SMS. Notification Preferences is where you choose which events you want, on which channel.
Notification categories
You can toggle each category independently:
- Messages — new guest messages, message delivery failures
- Reservations — created, confirmed, updated, rescheduled, deleted
- Tasks — created, assigned, completed, comment added
- Cleanings — assigned, completed, paused
- Cleaning offers — when a cleaning is offered to you
- Autopilot escalation — when AI hands a message back to you
- Workflow approval — when a workflow needs your decision
- Upgrade requests — when a guest asks for an upsell

Per-channel control
For each category, pick which channels send the notification — email, mobile push, or SMS — or turn it off entirely.
Quiet hours
Set quiet hours to avoid push notifications outside your working hours. Critical events (like Autopilot escalations on 1-2 star sentiment) can override quiet hours if you want.
Per-conversation overrides
Inside a specific conversation, you can mute notifications or set "all messages" / "mentions only" / "muted." That overrides the global setting just for that thread.
