Overview
ProhostAI scans your upcoming reservations on a schedule and decides which upsells make sense for each one. You don't have to manually pitch every guest.
What gets evaluated
For each reservation, the auto-detection looks at:
- Calendar adjacency — is there a same-day arrival blocking late checkout?
- Cleaning schedule — can the unit be ready earlier than standard check-in?
- Listing rules — does this upsell apply to this property?
- Guest profile — repeat guest, business traveler, etc. (if known)
- Already-offered — don't double-pitch the same guest
Outcome states
After evaluating, each (reservation × upsell) pair lands in one of:
- Scheduled — the offer hasn't been generated yet
- Found — opportunity matches; offer queued
- No offer — no fit (e.g., calendar blocked)
- Skipped — manually disabled by the host
Manual overrides
You can manually create or skip an upsell offer for any specific reservation from the reservation detail page.
