Control which events ping you on email and push

Overview

ProhostAI sends notifications across email and mobile push. Notification Preferences is where you choose which events you want, on which channel.

Notification categories

You can toggle each category independently:

  • Messages — new guest messages and message delivery failures
  • Reservations — created, confirmed, updated, rescheduled, deleted
  • Tasks — created, assigned, completed, comment added
  • Cleanings — assigned, completed, comment added
  • Autopilot escalation — when AI hands a message back to you
  • AI Employee approval — when an AI employee needs your sign-off on an action
  • Upgrade requests — when a guest asks for an upsell
  • Comments@mentions in tasks, cleanings, and chats

Per-channel control

For each category, pick which channels send the notification — email or mobile push — or turn it off entirely.

Per-conversation overrides

Inside a specific team-chat thread, you can set All messages, Mentions only, or Muted. That overrides the global setting just for that thread.
