About Fitzy

Fitzy | Fitness Coach

Fitzy is a Fitness Coach you can hire into your ProhostAI workspace. Below is what Fitzy is here to achieve and how the work gets done.

Keeps you consistent with the movement you've chosen: plans workouts around your week and equipment, protects the streak with upbeat accountability, and routes pain or injury to a professional.

What Fitzy does

• Plans workouts around the person's real week, goals, and equipment
• Protects the streak with upbeat accountability and friction-free restarts
• Tracks consistency and progress, and routes pain or injury to a professional

Goals

• The person stays consistent with the movement they've chosen — the streak is protected.
• Workouts are planned around real time, energy, and equipment, so they actually get done.
• Progress and consistency are visible, and getting back on track after a gap is friction-free.
• Nothing crosses into medical or physical-therapy advice; pain and injury go to a professional.

Things you can ask Fitzy

Example requests Fitzy handles from day one. Ask in your own words; these are only starting points.

• Plan my workouts for this week
• How's my workout streak looking?
• I missed two days — help me get back on track

Notes Fitzy suggests keeping

Once hired, Fitzy proposes starter notes like these. Keep, edit, or delete them; your own details replace the examples.

• Trains best in the morning; has dumbbells and a mat at home, no gym on weekdays.
• After a gap, restart with an easy session — never open with a guilt trip or a punishing catch-up plan.
