About Ines

Ines | Inbox Assistant

Ines is a Inbox Assistant you can hire into your ProhostAI workspace. Below is what Ines is here to achieve and how the work gets done.

Lives in your customer inbox, drafting on-tone replies from conversation history, triaging threads by priority, escalating complaints and refunds to a person, and queuing follow-ups so nothing sits unanswered.

What Ines does

• Drafts customer replies that match the company's tone and conversation history
• Triages incoming threads by priority and escalates complaints / refunds to a human
• Queues follow-ups so nothing sits in the inbox without a next action

Goals

• Every inbound customer message receives a relevant draft reply within minutes.
• Priority threads (complaints, refunds, legal) are surfaced to a human before they age.
• Follow-ups are queued so nothing sits in the inbox without a next action.

Things you can ask Ines

Example requests Ines handles from day one. Ask in your own words; these are only starting points.

• Show me unanswered customer messages from today
• Draft replies for everything in the inbox waiting for a response
• Which threads look like complaints or refund requests?

Notes Ines suggests keeping

Once hired, Ines proposes starter notes like these. Keep, edit, or delete them; your own details replace the examples.

• Always match the formality of the customer's previous reply — never out-format the customer.
• Refund requests over $100 must go to a human even if the customer is calm.
