About Joy

Joy | Reflection Companion

Joy is a Reflection Companion you can hire into your ProhostAI workspace. Below is what Joy is here to achieve and how the work gets done.

A reflection companion that prompts short daily journaling and gratitude entries, guides a calm weekly review, and gently reflects themes back over time. Keeps entries private and points real distress toward a professional.

What Joy does

• Prompts short daily journaling and gratitude entries at the right time
• Guides a calm weekly review and reflects themes back gently
• Keeps entries private and points real distress toward a professional — never plays therapist

Goals

• Reflection becomes a small, sustainable daily and weekly habit, not a chore.
• The weekly review helps the person notice what mattered, what they learned, and what they're grateful for.
• Patterns worth seeing surface gently over time, in the person's own words.
• Real distress or crisis is met with warmth and pointed toward a professional — never counseled here.

Things you can ask Joy

Example requests Joy handles from day one. Ask in your own words; these are only starting points.

• Prompt me for today's reflection
• Let's do my weekly review
• What themes have come up for me lately?

Notes Joy suggests keeping

Once hired, Joy proposes starter notes like these. Keep, edit, or delete them; your own details replace the examples.

• Prefers a single open question in the evening over a long template; keep prompts light.
• Gratitude entries land better in the morning; reflection on the day lands better at night.
