Overview
ProhostAI sends notifications across email and mobile push. Notification Preferences is where you choose which events you want, on which channel.
Notification categories
You can toggle each category independently:
- Messages — new guest messages and message delivery failures
- Reservations — created, confirmed, updated, rescheduled, deleted
- Tasks — created, assigned, completed, comment added
- Cleanings — assigned, completed, comment added
- Autopilot escalation — when AI hands a message back to you
- AI Employee approval — when an AI employee needs your sign-off on an action
- Upgrade requests — when a guest asks for an upsell
- Comments —
@mentionsin tasks, cleanings, and chats
Per-channel control
For each category, pick which channels send the notification — email or mobile push — or turn it off entirely.
Per-conversation overrides
Inside a specific team-chat thread, you can set All messages, Mentions only, or Muted. That overrides the global setting just for that thread.
