Manage events and attendees alongside the stays.

When the property is the venue.

Connect Eventbrite and ProhostAI can manage events, attendees and orders — for operators running retreats, workshops or ticketed experiences at their properties.

integrationsPage.detail.overview

Some properties earn more as venues than as accommodation. Retreats, supper clubs, workshops, wedding weekends — an event brings a group at a rate no individual booking matches, and often in a season when nobody is booking anyway.

The operational shape is different though. An event is a booking with dozens of attendees, a ticketing question, catering, and a schedule the property has to be prepared for in a way an ordinary stay never is.

Connecting Eventbrite lets that sit alongside the rest. Attendee numbers, ticket sales and orders are visible next to the property and dates, so the operational preparation follows from the event rather than being tracked separately.

It is a genuinely niche connection and worth saying so — most operators will never need it. For those running events it removes a whole parallel system, and for everyone else it is noise.

integrationsPage.detail.howToConnect

Eventbrite connects through OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password.

  1. 1Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
  2. 2Search for Eventbrite and select Connect.
  3. 3Sign in to Eventbrite and approve the permissions.
  4. 4Ask about your upcoming events to confirm it works.

integrationsPage.detail.goodToKnow

This is a niche connection — relevant only if you run ticketed events at your properties.

Eventbrite stays the system of record for tickets, orders and refunds.

Connecting your PMS as well is what lets an event block the property properly.

Revoking ProhostAI in Eventbrite’s settings ends access immediately.

integrationsPage.detail.faqTitle

Operators running retreats, workshops or ticketed experiences at their properties. Most will never need it, and that is worth saying plainly.

With your PMS connected, the event can be reflected in availability rather than tracked in a separate system.

Eventbrite remains the system of record for tickets, orders and refunds.

Because a group at an event rate often beats individual bookings, frequently in a season when nobody is booking anyway.

Open Settings → Connections in ProhostAI and disconnect it, or revoke it in your Eventbrite settings.

Run the event without a second system
