Google Slides connects through Google OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password and you can revoke access at any time.

3Choose the Google account that holds your presentations and approve the permissions.

Decks the AI produces are drafts. They are meant to save you the assembly, not to be sent unread — the commentary is where your judgement shows.

Point it at an existing deck to copy the structure from. Given a blank start it will make reasonable choices, but matching how you already report is usually better.

Presentations are ordinary Google Slides files with normal version history, so nothing it writes is irreversible.

Connecting Drive as well is worth it: that is what lets the AI file the finished deck alongside the rest of the property’s documents.
