Bring the Microsoft side of your paperwork into the conversation.

If your documents live in OneDrive, the AI can work from them.

Plenty of property businesses run on Microsoft 365 rather than Google. Connect OneDrive and ProhostAI searches the same files your team already works from — agreements, manuals, invoices, photos — and files new ones where they belong.

integrationsPage.detail.overview

OneDrive tends to be the default in businesses that grew up on Microsoft: the accountant sends Excel, the letting agreement is a Word file, and the whole lot ends up in a OneDrive folder tree that mirrors the company rather than the properties.

Connecting it means ProhostAI can work with that structure as it is. Ask for a signed agreement and it finds and reads the file; ask what a clause says and it answers from the document instead of from a summary. Nothing needs migrating to a different store first.

Writes go the same way. A receipt, a photo from a contractor, a document the AI drafted for you — filed into the OneDrive folder your team already checks, with a link for whoever needs it next.

Once OneDrive is connected, ProhostAI works with it in plain language. There is no OneDrive screen inside the app.

integrationsPage.detail.howToConnect

OneDrive connects through Microsoft OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password and you or an admin can revoke access at any time.

  1. 1Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
  2. 2Search for OneDrive and select Connect.
  3. 3Sign in with the Microsoft account that holds your files and approve the permissions.
  4. 4Ask for one of your documents to confirm the connection works.

integrationsPage.detail.goodToKnow

ProhostAI reaches only the Microsoft account you connect, with the permissions granted at sign-in. Revoking it in your Microsoft account settings ends access immediately.

Files are read on request rather than copied, so a document updated in OneDrive is current the next time anyone asks.

On a business tenant, an administrator may need to approve the connection before it can be used — the usual Microsoft 365 consent flow.

OneDrive for Business and SharePoint document libraries are related but not identical. If your team files things in a SharePoint site, connect SharePoint as well.

integrationsPage.detail.faqTitle

Yes, as well as personal OneDrive. On a business tenant an administrator may need to approve the connection first, which is the standard Microsoft 365 consent step.

Yes. It opens the file and answers from its contents, so an agreement or a manual stored as a Word file or PDF can be used directly.

No. Files are read on request, so what the AI tells you reflects the document as it currently stands in OneDrive.

OneDrive covers the files in the connected account’s own drive. SharePoint covers your team’s document libraries and lists. Many teams use both, and they can be connected separately.

Open Settings → Connections in ProhostAI and disconnect it, or remove ProhostAI from the app permissions section of your Microsoft account.
