Draft and send the business mail without opening the client.

The email you were going to write, written.

If your company mail runs on Zoho, connecting it lets ProhostAI find threads, summarise where they got to, and draft or send replies from your own address.

integrationsPage.detail.overview

Businesses that standardise on Zoho tend to do it for the whole suite — mail, CRM, books, invoicing — and the mailbox ends up carrying the correspondence that matters commercially: owners, suppliers, accountants, longer-term tenants.

Connecting Zoho Mail makes that correspondence something you can work through by asking. Find the last exchange with a supplier and get the state of it in a sentence, then have the reply drafted from your address. What would have been ten minutes of scrolling and composing becomes a request and a review.

This is agent-managed, not a second guest inbox. Guest conversations stay in ProhostAI’s unified inbox with the full stay history attached; Zoho Mail is where the business correspondence stays, reachable on request.

integrationsPage.detail.capabilities

Once Zoho Mail is connected, ProhostAI reads and writes mail on request. There is no Zoho screen inside the app.

integrationsPage.detail.howToConnect

Zoho Mail connects through Zoho’s OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password.

  1. 1Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
  2. 2Search for Zoho Mail and select Connect.
  3. 3Sign in to Zoho and approve the permissions on the consent screen.
  4. 4Ask the AI to find a recent thread to confirm the connection works.

integrationsPage.detail.goodToKnow

Connecting Zoho Mail does not route incoming mail into the unified guest inbox — it is agent-managed, and guest conversations stay where their stay history is.

Mail sends from the connected account, so replies come back to Zoho and your sent folder reflects what went out.

Zoho’s data centres are regional. Sign in with the account on the right region or the connection will not find your mailbox.

Revoking ProhostAI in your Zoho account’s connected-apps settings ends access immediately.

integrationsPage.detail.faqTitle

No. Guest conversations stay in ProhostAI’s unified inbox where the AI has the full stay history. Zoho Mail is for business correspondence, reachable on request.

It sends from the connected account, so messages come from your address and replies return to Zoho normally.

Yes, but you must sign in with the account on the correct region. Using the wrong regional login is the usual reason a connection cannot find the mailbox.

Connecting it is included with ProhostAI. You bring your own Zoho account.

Open Settings → Connections in ProhostAI and disconnect it, or revoke ProhostAI in the connected-apps section of your Zoho account.
